Active cleaning: 1–2 hours (varies by condition). Drying: 3–4 hours. For quicker drying, we suggest good airflow—open windows and switch on fans.
We'll give it our all—but some stains may not come out completely. Results depend on the material, stain type (e.g., oil, ink), and how long it's been set. That said, we always clean thoroughly and work hard to leave your item looking and feeling fresh.
Yes, we deep clean everything on-site at your home.
We require at least 2–3 days' notice for bookings, subject to availability. Just let us know your preferred date, and we'll check our schedule for you.
We charge differently based on your area. We cover most areas in Kuching, Kota Samarahan, Matang, Batu Kawa, Bau. Door-to-Door onsite cleaning starts from RM150.
